Armour Roofing just wrapped up a small repair on our aging roof today. Greg came out for the initial inspection/estimate the day after calling and his crew got the job done later that same week. Greg was 100% transparent that despite our roof being really old, there were no critical issues at this time and it still probably has a couple years left "so start saving your pennies". He was straight forward, didn't try to sell us on anything, or push for any more work than was necessary at the time. The final bill was actually a few hundred dollars less than the original estimate. Which is definitely not typical when water intrusion has taken place... We'll definitely be calling Armour Roofing when it's time for the full roof replacement.
Greg and Armour Roofing have done two roofs us over the last year. Greg provided no nonsense, get 'er done service in a challenging supply chain market; he let us know when additional work was needed for the integrity of one of them and was able to adjust the schedule accordingly and billed fairly. Hopefully we won't need his services again any time soon, but if we do, we'll be back. Thanks!
