Tom was hired to draft an agreement document for me that I used with my neighbor to ensure a mutual home repair would be completed correctly. She and I had been unable to draft a workable agreement after several attempts, but using Tom’s understanding of HOA rules and real estate law, he put my mind at ease with a contract which protected my interests. He was available to answer my concerns along the way. I would recommend Mr. Johnston.
